By the way, in Japan, you can start drinking at age 20. I based this off Japan, since NARUTO has Japanese culture in it.
And they're at a Ryokan, which is basically a Japanese inn. When you go to these inns, they usually have hot spring baths, and you get to wear these kinds of yukatas, just like this kind.
When I go to these inns, I buy coffee milk (not the cream, but kind of like a latte) after I walk out of the hot springs.
And they have awesome food, and you can even rent out a party room where you can do karaoke and have a huge Japanese cuisine. It's really fun!! You guys should go to Ryokans when you go to Japan.
